Lisbon Airport has two terminals and it is not always obvious which one you leave from. It is the question we get most on WhatsApp the day before a trip. The short answer: on departure you go to your flight's terminal; on your return it is always Terminal 1.
The terminal is on your boarding pass and in the airline's confirmation. As a rule, Terminal 1 serves most airlines and Terminal 2 mostly serves low-cost flights within Europe. But this changes with the season and the airline, so always check your ticket rather than relying on a previous trip.
If your flight changes terminal after you book with us, just tell us. There is no charge and nothing needs redoing.
If you chose Parking with Transfer, you leave the car at the car park and our van takes you to the terminal you specified, T1 or T2. There is no need to call ahead: just arrive at your booked time.
On your return we collect you at Terminal 1 arrivals, which is the arrivals terminal at Lisbon Airport, even if you departed from Terminal 2. Call +351 915 489 501 as soon as you have your luggage and we will tell you where to find the van.
With Parking with Valet you do not go to the car park at all. You drive straight to the departure terminal and hand the vehicle over there.
At Terminal 1 the meeting point is the Kiss & Fly area in Departures. At Terminal 2 it is the Departures area. Call +351 915 489 501 about 15 to 20 minutes before you arrive, so our colleague is already waiting for you.
On your return the handover is always at Terminal 1, Departures, at Kiss & Fly, even if you left from T2. That is where the handover is quickest, because it is where you can stop.
Our own process is quick: the vehicle check-in takes a few minutes and so does the ride to the terminal. What usually takes time is what happens inside the airport — queues at bag drop, security and border control, which at Lisbon Airport can be long in high season.
That is why we recommend setting your car park entry 3 hours before your flight. It is not because of us: it is so you are not rushed inside.
If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes before or after your booked time, call to let us know so we can prepare.
We keep your space and there is no penalty. The car park and the operations line run 24 hours, so you will not be left without your vehicle whatever time you land.
If you give us the flight number, we track the arrival and have the vehicle ready in time. If the flight is cancelled or moves to another day, tell us when you know and we adjust the booking, free of charge.
