How does it work?
Transfer/Shuttle
Shuttle service in 4 steps:
1º
Arrival at the Parking: Follow the instructions sent by email to find our location and drive to the Check-in Park. The process takes only 5 minutes and involves recording the mileage and a brief inspection.
2º
Shuttle Ride to the Terminal: The Shuttle schedule is flexible. In just a few minutes, you will be transported from the parking lot to the departure terminal, ensuring a comfortable, punctual, and stress-free trip.
3º
Ride from the Terminal to the Parking: After collecting your luggage, call the number provided in the email and head to the meeting point. The Shuttle will pick you up and take you back to the Check-in Park in about 15 minutes.
4º
Return Home: When you return to the Check-In Park, your vehicle will be ready and waiting patiently for you. Our team will ensure that everything is in order so you can begin your journey home smoothly.
Valet Service
Valet Service in 4 steps:
1º
Departure Terminal: Please kindly contact us at least 20 minutes before arriving at the departure terminal so that we can receive your vehicle.
2º
Vehicle Drop-Off: In your presence, we will complete the vehicle check-in within 5 minutes, recording the mileage and inspecting the condition.
3º
Vehicle Transport: After the vehicle is dropped off, it will be carefully driven directly to our facilities, where it will be safely parked until your return.
4º
Vehicle Return: When you return from your trip and after collecting your luggage, please contact the Valet service. One of our staff will bring the vehicle to meet you.
Other Services
While your vehicle is with us, you can have it looked after. These services are optional and can be requested when booking or by message. We also have the protective vehicle cover, at €2 per 24 hours. If you need something that is not listed here, talk to us before you travel.
Keep Your Key — €2
Take your car key with you and travel with peace of mind. Available on bookings with Transfer. With Valet the key stays with us, as it is needed to hand the vehicle over and collect it at the terminal. If you leave the key with us, it is kept in a safe monitored 24 hours a day.
Electric Charging — €25
We leave your electric vehicle charged for your return. The chargers at the car park are slow, so we plug the vehicle in as early as possible. If you prefer a partial charge, or charging only close to your return date, just let us know.
A comprehensive cleaning experience that includes all available wash services, with extra attention to every specific detail of your vehicle.
Full Vehicle Wash — €28
Exterior wash and a detailed interior vacuum, so your vehicle is ready when you get back. For extreme dirt or unusually sized vehicles the price may be adjusted once we see the car, and we always tell you first.
With this service, we ensure that your vehicle's exterior looks flawless, using quality products for long-lasting protection.
The vacuuming service removes dust and dirt, leaving your vehicle's interior clean and comfortable.
We take care of your vehicle's inspection.

We offer a real-time tracking service, allowing you to monitor the location of your vehicle while it is parked.
