On the day you travel, use the phone. The operations line, +351 915 489 501, answers 24 hours a day, every day: it is the number to tell us you have reached the terminal, that your flight is delayed, or that you are arriving earlier than booked.

For everything else — booking, changing dates or number plate, asking for an invoice, any question — WhatsApp and e-mail at geral@checkinpark.pt are the way, from 9am to 10pm. They leave a written record, which is what matters when something needs confirming.
