What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. They make the site work, remember your choices and, depending on the category, measure use of the site or assess advertising. A cookie does not identify you by name: it identifies the browser you are using.
The three categories we use
Necessary — these make the site work: they keep your session, hold what you typed into the booking form and record your cookie choices. Without them the site does not work, so they cannot be switched off.
Analytics — these tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they see, so we can improve it. They are only installed if you accept them.
Advertising — these measure and target the advertising we run on Google and on Meta's networks. They are only installed if you accept them.

Your choice
The first time you visit the site a notice appears with three options: «Accept all», «Reject all» and «Customise», where you can accept or refuse each category separately. Until you choose, we only install the necessary cookies.
You can change your mind at any time: there is an icon in the corner of the screen that reopens those options. You can also delete cookies already stored through your browser settings — in that case we ask you again on your next visit.
Refusing analytics and advertising cookies does not prevent you from using the site or making a booking.
Managing cookies in your browser
Besides the options in our notice, you can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. You will find instructions in the help pages of the browser you use — Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Note that deleting all cookies also deletes the record of your choices, so we will ask you again.
